At the centre of this structure is Capricorn Group Ltd, a Namibian-owned financial services group listed on the NSX. The Group holds significant shareholding in Capricorn Investment Holdings Botswana (CIHB), which in turn owns Bank Gaborone and Peo Finance, extending our reach into the Botswana market and strengthening regional impact.


In Namibia, the Group owns several key subsidiaries, including Bank Windhoek, Capricorn Asset Management, Capricorn Unit Trust Management Company and Entrepo Holdings. These businesses provide banking, lending, asset management, and credit protection solutions, serving a broad customer base across different segments. Namib Bou supports the Group’s property development activities, while Capricorn Capital in South Africa offers specialist advisory services that enhance our portfolio and regional presence.
