Our investment in
Paratus Namibia Holdings Limited began with the acquisition of an 18.3% stake in Nimbus Infrastructure in 2018, which was subsequently renamed Paratus Namibia Holdings. This was followed by a further acquisition of 30% in Paratus Group Holdings Ltd in July 2019. These investments enabled us to move beyond traditional financial services, with exposure to the rapidly developing telecommunications sector and the exponential growth in data demand.
